WYC Summer Choral Workshop 2008

The Washington Youth Choir is looking for talented singers ages 13 to 19 to join us for a free seven week choral workshop. Call us at (202) 293-7508 for more information & to schedule your audition.

Where Excellence has a Voice

Founded in 2005 by renowned music educator Joyce Garrett, the Washington Youth Choir is an after school music education and college preparatory program for students ages 13 to 19. Building upon Garrett’s past success with the award-winning Eastern High School Choir, the Washington Youth Choir enhances the educational experience of DC-area youth with the rigorous study and performance of music and facilitates their transition out of high school. Through our two-part program, we inspire youth to lead happy, productive and meaningful lives.
